The price range for a performance by a professional live jazz band is usually between €800 and €4,000. For your event, we tailor the scope and the line-up of our jazz band to your budget – from an elegant jazz duo at the champagne reception to a quartet with singer accompanying your entire celebration.

Whether it is a wedding, a corporate event or a gala – on request we offer flexible packages with different playing times or combinations (e.g. reception + dinner music). Our jazz band creates the right atmosphere in every setting.

What does the price depend on? Six points that shape your quote

We do not have a fixed price list, because every event is different. What a jazz band costs for your occasion comes down to these six points:

• Location: Travel costs are added to the price. Because we play with musicians at several locations in Germany, they usually stay low.
• Date: The day of the week and the time of year play a part. Saturdays in the wedding season and the weeks before Christmas are in particularly high demand.
• Time on site: It is not only the actual playing time that counts, but also how long we are on site in total – for example when there is a longer break between the champagne reception and dinner.
• Playing time: We usually play two to three sets of 45 minutes. A short performance for the ceremony costs less than music for an entire evening.
• Line-up: From a jazz duo or jazz trio to a quartet with singer: the more musicians play, the higher the fee.
• Special requests: A song learned especially for you, a change of location during the celebration or an outfit to match your theme: a lot is possible and is reflected in the quote.

The total price is divided equally and paid out to the musicians as their fee, with a small part used for organisational tasks.
